What warranty do you offer?
We offer a three-year warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on all electrical components, so our customers can ride with confidence.
What does the kill switch do?
The kill switch allows you to quickly limit the fatbike to 25 km/h. You (usually) hold down 2 buttons for approx. 3 seconds; this activates the kill switch. All our upgradeable screens feature a kill switch.
How low-maintenance are your fatbikes?
Our fatbikes are designed with ease of maintenance in mind, featuring robust components that last a long time and are easy to maintain. Almost all parts feature a plug-in system, allowing you to easily disconnect and replace a defective part.
How far can you ride fatbikes?
Depending on the model and riding conditions, the range varies between 40 and 120 kilometers.
