1. Organiser
Bosman Ondernemingen, trading as FatbikesForYou, organises this Black Friday giveaway. Address: Houthakkersweg 11, 8091 DC Wezep, Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce number: 97795151. Contact: info@fatbikesforyou.nl.
2. Promotion period
Promotion period: 31 October 2026 at 00:00 through 27 November 2026 at 23:59. The draw takes place on 7 December 2026. All times are Netherlands local time.
3. Participants
The promotion is intended for people aged 18 or over who order through fatbikesforyou.nl with a delivery address in the Netherlands. The person named on the order is the participant. The organiser, employees and their household members are excluded. Previous promises made to participants will be respected.
4. Automatic entry
Each eligible order placed during the promotion earns one entry, regardless of its value or number of items. Parts and accessories also qualify. Payment must have been made or accepted by the payment provider, including deferred payment. An order that is fully cancelled or returned before the draw loses its entry. Statutory return rights remain unchanged. There are no additional entry or communication charges. Product prices are not increased for this promotion.
5. Prize
There is one prize: a new Apple iPhone 17e 256 GB worth €869 including VAT. FatbikesForYou chooses the colour. The total prize value is €869. There is no cash alternative. Only if supply is unavoidably impossible will a prize of equal or greater value be offered.
6. Draw and notification
There is one draw. An impartial random number selection from all valid entries determines the winner. FatbikesForYou keeps an internal record of the draw. The winner receives a personal email at the order email address within three days of the draw. By 15 December 2026 the result will appear on this page using a masked order number. A name or photo is published only with separate consent.
7. Receiving the prize
The winner has fourteen days to reply to the email. If no reply is received, a new impartial draw will be held among the remaining valid entrants. Within fourteen days of the reply, the prize will be delivered free of charge and insured to a Netherlands address. FatbikesForYou will declare and pay any applicable Dutch gambling tax at its own expense; the winner pays nothing for this.
8. Personal data
Name, email address, order number and delivery address are used to verify entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize. The separate participant records will be deleted within three months after delivery unless statutory retention is required. Normal retention periods continue to apply to order records. Entry does not subscribe you to marketing. See our privacy policy.
9. Questions and complaints
Send questions or complaints to info@fatbikesforyou.nl or in writing to the address above. Mention the giveaway and your order number if relevant. You will receive a reply within fourteen days. Unresolved complaints may then be referred to the Dutch Gambling Authority, Kansspelautoriteit.
10. Other provisions
The promotion is set up under the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance. The terms will not be changed to participants’ disadvantage during the promotion. Apple does not organise or sponsor it. Dutch law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. These terms are free to read and save.
